Privacy
Draft: to be checked before the site goes live.
This site hosts the game's community levels. It has no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and loads nothing from other companies.
What we keep
- Your account: an id, your Steam id (or email address, if you sign in by email), and the display name you pick.
- The levels you upload: the level, the file the game sent, and the preview picture.
- Your likes and reports, and the moderation log.
- Plays: counted once per person per level per day, stored only as a one-way hash.
- IP addresses in the web server's logs.
How long
- Logs with IP addresses: 14 days.
- Play records: 90 days (the counts on a level stay).
- Records of refused uploads: 30 days.
- Sign-in tokens: deleted as soon as they expire.
Cookies
Visitors and players get no cookies. The game signs in with a token, not a cookie.
Who handles your data
- Strato hosts the site.
- Valve (Steam) confirms who you are when you sign in from the Steam version of the game.
- A mail service sends moderation mail, and sign-in links when email sign-in exists.
Your choices
You can delete your account from the game or by mail, and choose whether your levels are deleted too or kept as Anonymous. You can ask for a copy of your data (your account, levels and likes) at any time.
